1. Identification of the provider
The «Naar Nederland» platform (the «Service») is provided by Jose Pereira de Merces, with registered office at rua de santo Agostinho, 50, taxpayer no. 303108576, contactable via support@naarnederlanda1.nl. By accessing or using the Service, the user fully accepts these Terms.
2. Purpose of the Service
Naar Nederland is an independent study tool, intended to support preparation for the Dutch A1 civic integration exam (inburgering). The Service provides training materials, mock exams, voice recording and artificial intelligence features.
The Service is not associated, sponsored or approved by the Government of the Netherlands, DUO, IND or any official entity. References to «Naar Nederland» and «DUO» relate to the official preparation material and are used for informational and educational purposes only.
3. User account
Some features require registration. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, the confidentiality of their credentials and all activity carried out in their account. They must notify us immediately in case of unauthorised use.
4. Plans, prices and payments
The Service may include a free plan and paid plans. The prices and features of each plan are those indicated on the Pricing page at the time of subscription. Payments are processed by the payment providers indicated at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, amounts include applicable taxes.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under European Union consumer protection law, the consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw from the digital services contract without giving a reason. When subscribing to a digital service with immediate execution, express consent may be required for the service to begin before the end of this period, with acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal after full execution. 6. Acceptable use
The user undertakes not to: (a) copy, resell or redistribute the content without authorisation; (b) attempt to improperly access the systems; (c) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (d) upload content that violates the rights of third parties. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Intellectual property
The interface, code, design and original content of the Service are protected by intellectual property rights. The official exam material belongs to the respective entities. The user is granted a personal, limited and non-transferable licence for study purposes.
8. Artificial intelligence
AI features generate automatic responses that may contain inaccuracies. They serve as study support and do not replace official preparation nor guarantee passing the exam.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided «as is». We do not guarantee passing the exam nor the absence of interruptions or errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months prior to the event. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be legally excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
The user may close their account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms or a legal requirement.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Relevant changes will be communicated and the current version is the one published on this page, with the update date.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. For the resolution of disputes, the court of Spijkenisse has jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection standards and access to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
